Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout“ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will attempt to contact you. Your order may be delayed for up to 48hrs if we are expecting a delivery of the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, if you wish, the out of stock item will be sent on at a later date, you may choose an alternate item or can be cancelled from your order.

Credit Card Payment

We accept credit card payments on our internet site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards. We do not accept American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. If your order is split and sent in 2 shipments because we are out of stock of something, you are not charged for the second shipment until we send it.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card information is safe because we use a fully secure server. We do not know of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

VAT

Tax charges for orders delivered to a UK address at 17.5% is added.

Reclaiming VAT

When taking goods out of the UK that were purchased for use outside the UK and if the goods leave the country within three months of the purchase, you can claim back the VAT you paid. You pay the VAT, fill out a form you request from us, take the goods through customs at the airport, they inspect the goods and post us back the form. It can take up to three months for them to process the paperwork and send it to us. When we receive the form from them we will refund the VAT. We charge a £5.00 administration fee for the paperwork for this service. If this pertains to you please ask about this at the time you place an order.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, should you wish to return any item. Please note the images used on this web site are not a true representation of product colours; please contact us if you require a manufacturer's colour chart.

Returns Policy

We are happy to give a credit note or refund for any items returned to MK ARTLAB in a fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Short-falls or order errors should be registered within 7 days.

Privacy Policy

MK ARTLAB do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies and server sessions are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We do not, at present, leave any cookies on your computer.
